Zoom Network Ltd executed a comprehensive cooling upgrade across the Ojaja commercial and residential development in Akure. The project required a mix of package AC units for large-volume areas and split AC units for smaller, enclosed spaces to ensure optimal temperature control. Our engineering team conducted a full facilities assessment to determine the cooling requirements for the mall, hotel rooms, cinema halls, administrative spaces, and residential areas. Based on this assessment, we deployed units that could handle continuous operation, fluctuating visitor density, and varying heat generation. All installations were carried out with precision, ensuring proper airflow distribution, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.
